A precise selection of trained candidates is curated for your venue by our operations director, drawn from the existing roster and never advertised for on your behalf.
Trial and interview
Trial shifts and interviews are conducted at your venue or online, arranged entirely at your convenience. You confirm the fit before anyone is placed.
Deployment
Uniforms, final briefings and on-site supervision are handled by us on day one. Your team inherits people who are already ready, not people who need training.
