The house
We do not run a labour bureau.
A labour bureau moves bodies to fill a gap on a schedule. We run a roster: a curated bench of professionals we know by name, whose skills we have tested, and whose standards we stand behind. In luxury hospitality, the difference between adequate and exceptional is never the building or the brand. It is the person standing in front of your guest.
Every professional on that roster earns their place before they earn a shift. Each is personally interviewed, trained, uniformed and fully insured before stepping onto your floor, arriving ready, with no lengthy onboarding and no risk to your reputation.
